» How log does account activation take after signing up?

When you have submitted your account registration we will confirm your account activation within 24hours of receipt. If, however, you have not recieved your account activation within 24 hours of registration please contact us. We will activate your account for you manually.

» How does the bidding system work for increments?

When you place a bid on an auction, MySurplus will bid on your behalf in £1.00 increments to beat the high bidder's maximum bid. A bidder may be outbid by less than a full £1.00 increment. This would happen if the winning bidder's maximum bid beats the second highest maximum by an amount less than the full increment. To demonstrate this we have provided an example below.

» How do I bid on auctions?

Bidding on auctions couldn't be easier... To be able to bid on auctions you must first register for a MySurplus account. Registration is free and only takes a minute. Once registered and your account has been activated you can browse our auctions and start bidding. Please note you must be logged into your account to bid on auctions.

» I have forgotten my password detail to access my account?

To recover your password detail to log into your MySurplus auction account simply visit the LOG IN page and click 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD". Enter the email address that is current in your account and submit. A password will be emailed to the email address along with a link to access your account.

» Do I need to be registered to bid on auction items?

Yes. To bid on auctions you have to complete our quick and easy auction member registration. Once registered you can log into your members account and place bids on live auctions...
